I've travelled to 175 countries, and this was by far my worst hotel experience. The staff and management behaved in a way I found unacceptable for the hotel industry. I've never encountered such minimal service or such poor responses to a general customer request. Compared with many hotels in and outside Paris, this wouldn't even be my last choice. I'd rather sleep without a roof. It's an unfriendly place and a poor choice if you're after a relaxing few days in Paris. The director's attitude made things worse. He repeatedly refused to answer my complaint or emails and seemed to have no understanding of even a basic level of hotel service. My wife and I are sure we won't consider coming back. Choose one of the many other lovely hotels in Paris.

The staff were very friendly, and there's a nice boulangerie nearby. The room was spotless and adequate, with a fridge, hairdryer, and kettle, though tea and coffee were limited. The bed wasn't comfortable and the pillows were awful. The bathroom is nicely decorated but very small. My teenage boys struggled to shower in the tiny cubicle, and most adults would find it cramped too. It's a 30-minute walk to La Defense Arena and 20 minutes to the nearest metro.

The breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the metro isn't too far away. The area feels safe and nice, and the staff are lovely. Rooms were clean and comfortable, with a quirky layout. Great little hotel, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I really enjoyed my stay at this lovely little hotel. The breakfast was good, and the staff were very friendly. Thanks as well to the maid, who always kept our room clean and pretty.

They knew the air conditioner in my room had a problem but rented it to me anyway. I had to wait more than an hour after check-in for a decent room, and it was past midnight before they decided to help me. They're still giving the room with the air-conditioning issue to another customer instead of fixing it. It feels like they don't care about people and just want the money. What a shame! Another customer also had to wait because they'd lost his reservation. I don't know who's in charge here, but they seem to care only about the money.
