We ended up parking at nearby zenpark for 20 euros a day, and the hotel offered no solution, so we had to cover the loss ourselves. We’d reserved parking through Agoda, but when we arrived the staff said there was no space for us. Why hadn’t they told us sooner? The manager should train the staff better. They then claimed street parking was cheaper and free after 20h and on Sunday. That’s absolutely untrue. Parking is still 15 euros a day, and you may not get a spot. We’re not first-time tourists who can be sweet-talked. The hotel is a scam. Absolute shame.

Jawad at the Residhome in Puteaux gave us a great welcome. He was professional, cheerful, and always available. A real asset to the establishment.

4/10
The room was dated and very cold, and when we needed extra sheets for the sofa bed, they refused to give us any. Breakfast was poor, and they didn’t replenish the food when it ran out or seem to care about it. For what you get, it’s far too expensive. The staff were rude and unfriendly, like helping us was a favor. Ibis is right next door and would definitely be better.

It was okay, but we found a cockroach in the cupboard. The room was cleaned just once during our five days, and the metro station is a bit far.

I’ve stayed at the hotel twice. The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly, and the location suits my needs perfectly.
