I’m reviewing just the restaurant. The service was very pleasant, and the wine was good, a Côte du Rhône costing less than 40€. The food was good too, though I've had better raclette, including at this same resort. Overall it wasn't bad, and the huge salads served alongside were a plus. The staff seemed to be from either the Netherlands or Flanders :)

Our room was lovely, the food was fabulous, and the staff were amazing. It was excellent value all around. For the wheelchair users in our party, access was great, with the hotel opening directly onto the slopes and the chairlift only yards away. We’ll definitely be back.

The bar and kitchen had a really nice atmosphere, and the food looked and tasted incredible. The staff were incredibly kind, too. Our room was modern and clean, with that extra touch you hope for. With the lift literally outside the window, the hotel's location was a home run. I'd rate it 12/10 and can't wait to return for another ski holiday.

The bar and restaurant were great, and the staff were very friendly. They had several gluten-free and vegetarian choices, plus gluten-free bread. With my hot chocolate, they even gave me a gluten-free Amaretti cookie.

We spent a January 2026 weekend at this 3-star hotel, but our studio had a parking view, a noisy boiler, and a narrow double bed. We politely asked to change rooms and were refused. Others in our group got an old studio that hadn't been renovated since the 1970s. The rest of the stay was okay, but I can only give 2 stars for the accommodation we actually had. It felt like 2-star quality at a 3-star price.
