Parking nearby is free, and the place is well located for getting to the ski lifts. The apartment itself was clean and had everything we needed. Dealing with the administration was okay. We had a nice stay, and I'd recommend it.

The slopes are pretty good, though there aren't many runs. There are just two mountain restaurants, and the food is good without being too expensive. The chalets aren't quite ski-in, ski-out, but they're close. The road above gives you access to the slopes and back down to the main lift. If you don't ski, bring a good book. 😊 This is a clean, tidy, basic chalet, with the extra things you need to be comfortable. It's exactly 0.7 miles uphill from the two shops, one pub, and several restaurants. By day three, the walk feels like no big deal. There's also a courtesy bus that drops you above the chalet, followed by a two-minute walk down, but it runs sporadically. It's a very French company and a mostly French resort. Few people speak much English, and there isn't any English literature. If your French is basic, preload Google Translate. My failed French O level was enough, though. There are weekly extras: TV costs €40 and only has French channels. WiFi is €20 per device, with a very poor signal. A good 3G bundle, or a 3 mobile or Vodafone European package, would be better. Towels cost €6 per person. Parking is €30, though free parking is only 50m away. The only free WiFi in the resort is at the only pub. It's small and not busy, and Jackie, the owner, is a lovely guy who gives plenty of free drinks. The WiFi password is cubanisto. I'm only here because my daughter is working for Snowbizz in the resort. Would I come back? I don't think so. There's not much entertainment, but it's a great resort for kids.
The apartment is a bit battered, but it was clean and warm, with plenty of hot water for showers. The old, tatty pillows and blankets really need replacing. It's a 10-minute walk to 1600, a good warm-up before skiing, and the ski station is very family-friendly.
The apartments are nice and spacious, but there's no WiFi in the apartment.
Top-notch.
