Lovely location and a fun place to stay. They love dogs. The downside is that guests have to do all the cleaning themselves, including windows and vacuuming, or risk a fine. That means planning to lose half a morning of activities on your last day.

We were four adults and a baby in a six sleeper room, and there was enough space to feel comfortable in the evenings. The decor is a little dated, but the facilities were all good. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and it's an excellent base for a few days in the mountains.

The beds were comfortable, and it was quiet in mid September. The area is nice with kids, with a big park just a few minutes away and walks in nature nearby. But the place was dirty when we arrived, and with small children that was bad enough, especially during COVID. We took photos and won't clean up someone else's mess. There were yellow stains in the bathroom, fungus around the edges, marks on the surfaces, greasy fingerprints on the table, and lots of hair and crumbs in the old rug. The TV didn't work, and we were told none of them worked because of problems. There wasn't a sponge, kitchen cloth, or cleaning product, despite a long departure cleaning list. It asks for dusting, vacuuming, cleaning the bathroom and kitchen as if they hadn't been used, and taking the linen to the building's cleaning area. The list was hanging in the toilet and just kept going. For 80€ a night for three adults and two small kids in 40m2, with a double bed in one room and a sofa bed and bunks in the living room, I really didn't expect that much cleaning to be required.

We arrived during a snowstorm, so I tried to contact the hotel. During their stated working hours, I called the Booking.com number, the Google business number, and the phone number on their website. I also messaged through Booking.com support and dug up two email addresses from the site. After trying six different ways for half a day, I still couldn't reach anyone. They finally replied to one email three days later. A horrible experience. Pick another hotel, thank me later :)
