The key pickup and return arrangements at the agency weren't clearly explained before we booked, which is quite inconvenient nowadays. When we came back, the agency was shut despite its advertised hours. We had to call the on-call service to learn where to leave the keys and roadbook. The whole process seems poorly organized and far from straightforward.
We rented a house in Quiberon through Interhome in September 2023. The service hours were very limited, and there was no official parking in front of the Quiberon office. We had to collect the keys there, with no handover at the house. The house was well below what we expected for the price. It was also difficult to reach them by phone during the short office hours. We rented a house on Chemin du Trion Derias in Quiberon from March 21st to 29th, 2024. It was spacious but completely impractical. There were no cupboards, not enough dishes for four people, and the cleaning was poor, with dead insects in the living areas and bedrooms. The garden photo doesn't show reality, and most of the French windows don't open. I don't recommend it!
A Quiberon property owner rents through InterHome, and the management was very poor. Cleaning was shoddy, there was no communication about tenant issues, and they made no effort to arrange access for tradespeople to do repairs. In short, terrible concierge service. Avoid it.
The local office made an excellent first impression when we booked our holiday apartment in Quiberon through Interhome. We were warmly welcomed, and it was easy to communicate in both English and French. When I had issues with the Wi-Fi and electric shutters, they sorted them out quickly and efficiently. The office staff are incredibly friendly, approachable, and focused on finding solutions. I highly recommend them.
