Didier and Paulo made us feel at home each day, with so much warmth and thoughtfulness. We stayed three nights, arriving for the first, second, and final nights around our horse riding, and every part of the stay was wonderful. Their meals were delicious and full of flavor, with that homemade feeling of being cared for. The kindness and family atmosphere touched us most. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend it.

The rooms were great, and the food and company were amazing. We had the best time staying with Didier and Paolo for two nights. Such a pleasure meeting them, they’re absolutely great hosts!

Nidelice was a heartwarming change from the sterile feel of most modern hotels. Paulo and Didier made us feel at home from the moment we arrived and helped make our three-night stay memorable. They were always available without ever being intrusive, and their local knowledge of Quillan’s history, the surrounding area, and things to do was invaluable. Our room was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, in a perfect location. Each morning, a superb breakfast with homemade jams set us up for the day. Thank you both. Mick and Kim

The Saturday morning market just outside was a pleasant surprise, and the location is handy in a lovely town. Didier and Paolo were welcoming and knowledgeable. Our room was clean and nicely decorated, with great art. We very much enjoyed our stay.

We were so glad to come across this treasure. The historic home is fascinating, and the town feels like stepping back in time. Our hosts were kind and welcoming.
