Fabienne and Jose looked after us so well and were superb hosts at Nostra Demora in Quillan. Jose cooked delicious meals during our stay, making use of lots of local ingredients. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a wide-screen TV and tea and coffee facilities. We recommend it as an ideal place to stay while visiting Quillan.

A clean, comfortable house close to the village center. The host was kind and helpful.

The room was spacious, quiet at night, very clean, and had good-quality bedding. It was a little chilly when we first arrived, though by the end of our stay the temperature was comfortable. We appreciated the friendly welcome and all the information about local sports and cultural activities, as well as the good breakfast. The view isn’t much, but being right in central Quillan means plenty of shops are close by. Prices are on the high side for the area.

We felt at home straight away in this lovely house, with its spacious room. The apartment has been renovated with real skill and taste, and breakfast was perfect. The host was very friendly. A great stop in Quillan on our Cathar Trail.
