Retro in plenty of ways, though not quite a 70s museum. The room was roomy, and I slept well, but for €60 in the off-season the place was extremely basic: just a bed, doors and windows, no breakfast, bath towel or even a cup. Public parking nearby is free until 9am. It's a cheap, central option if you need no frills.

It's a great spot, only a few minutes' walk from just about everything in the centre. The staff were pleasant, but didn't speak any English. The room wasn't very clean, and I had to ask to move. There's no room service, air conditioning or coffee in the room.

The receptionist was helpful, but the hotel gave the impression it had closed. There were no in-room facilities, such as coffee.

The outside looked like a municipal building, and the rooms have a strong 60s or 70s feel. Mine still had a built-in AM radio that no longer worked. Maybe they could turn those into Bluetooth radios! I stayed five years ago, so perhaps it's improved since.
