After years of loyalty, we're extremely disappointed by how we were treated. We've stayed here several times a year for many years, always with our small dog, and it had never been an issue. But during our latest stay, the new manager Christelle told us we weren't welcome for our confirmed August booking because of the dog, with no prior notice. We're in the middle of our travels and were abruptly told to find somewhere else to stay. There was no apology or offer to help. It felt unprofessional and deeply disrespectful to guests who have supported the property for years. We're shocked at Christelle's treatment of us. No one should be turned away at short notice, especially regular, respectful guests. We won't return and advise others to think twice before booking. If this is how long-term customers are treated, I can only imagine how new guests fare.

BE AWARE, we were robbed while away at dinner, and the security guard on duty refused to call the police, which was recorded on video. The door wasn't broken, and the cameras showed no one entering the property from outside. The manager confirmed in an audio recording that this wasn't the first robbery. It seems obvious to us that an inside job is common practice and covered up by staff. The property also refused to proceed with insurance, saying we had to provide receipts for every stolen item. Who keeps receipts for everything they buy? We regret extending our stay before the robbery. If we'd known the place was unsafe, we'd have left for a decent property. Safety comes first. Police did come, but didn't carry out the proper criminal procedure, saying there are dozens of similar robberies in St.Tropez every day. We're now in the process of filing a lawsuit against the property.

The villa is stunning, super clean and luxurious, with a sea view and close to the best beach clubs at Ramatuelle. Mophida, the manager, was the kindest, most helpful, and most professional person there. Thanks so much, I'd definitely come back.

The rooms are splendid and the garden is fantastic. What a weekend we had at my favorite bed and breakfast in Ramatuelle. I highly recommend it.
