The room was quite small, but breakfast was nice. The hotel is on the edge of the city.

The staff were especially attentive and helped make the stay pleasant. The rooms had comfortable amenities, and breakfast was exceptional. It's also in a convenient location, so I'd happily recommend it.

Breakfast offered a great selection. We had asked for a ground-floor room because there's no lift, and that's what we got. The room was clean and had everything we needed. It was nice to see the building work finished, with the bar area in place.

Azza was a remarkable employee. She was professional, helpful, and outstanding in her service. Her kind, sweet words made a lovely impression too. ❤️

The road noise was really loud, and opening the window didn't help much because it barely opens and the curtain blocks the airflow. On such a warm day, air-conditioning would have made a difference. The room was small, which I might have accepted if the decor were better. I've stayed at several Ibis hotels, and this one was the worst. At least I'm only here briefly.
