The place looked rough, which makes sense if it was empty because of its poor condition. During a 39°C heat wave, there was no air-conditioning, and I didn't want my 7-year-old daughter sleeping in an oven. Booking agreed to refund me and said the hotel wouldn't be charged, but the management still refused to return my money. It feels like they just wanted to make a few bucks. So lame.

I canceled for free at their request, but I still haven't got my money back. They said they'd return it to my web card back in June, and now there's been another week without an update. A really bad experience with this hotel.

The location is great for tourists, and it was quiet and cheap. It's small, though, with not many amenities.

It's good for the price, but a long way from the centre.
