Laurence’s workshop pieces are magnificent. I spent four fantastic days there at the end of August 2025, taking an introductory upholstery course to reupholster a bridge chair. She’s meticulous, always available, a great teacher, and clearly highly skilled.

Laurence did a lovely job making a lampshade for my lamp, and I’m very happy with the work. Thanks, I’d highly recommend her. Claude

I really appreciated how much Laurence enjoys sharing what she knows. She’s passionate about passing on the techniques and helping keep this lovely craft going, and she’ll guide you through your choices. There’s a real passion here, beautiful finishing, lovely fabrics, and hands that work wonders. A visit is a must, you won’t be disappointed.

A big thanks to Laurence for such professional training, and to all my fellow trainees for sharing these moments and exchanging ideas.
