For what I paid, I'm appalled. The sink was broken and seemed to be barely hanging onto the wall, and the shower head was broken too. The so-called family room was just a big room with several beds and no other facilities. I was surprised they even provided towels. I don't understand how this place has two stars. For 30 euros more, I could have stayed at a four-star Novotel Suites. I chose this one because of time and misleading hotel information, and would rather have driven two more hours for a better night's sleep for my family and me.

The staff were very friendly, the rooms clean, and the beds comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by the free, stable, high-speed WiFi in the room. It's a practical base for Reims, with the cathedral a short walk away. Parking at Gambetta garage, across the street, costs 16€ a day.

The manager was super nice, and the prices are more than reasonable. The famous cathedral is just a two-minute walk away, so it's a great spot for visiting the city. We'll come back!

The hotel was nice, and the people at reception and room service were lovely. There isn't parking outside, so don't bring your car. The ceiling on the hotel's second level makes a lot of noise.

We stopped in with the family for coffee before leaving Reims. The café is laid out nicely, service was quick, and the coffee tasted great. It could use a little cleaning, but otherwise it's a great café.
