Hotel des Arcades

We found it clean, well cared for and very well placed in the city during our stay from 11.11.2022 to 13-11-2022. Staff were pleasant and helpful, and spoke English well. Breakfast cost 9 euros and there was plenty of it. Several car parks are nearby. We used an underground one about a 10-minute walk away, paying 19 euros for two days, and it felt as secure as you could hope. I'd happily return to Hotel Des Arcades and Reims.

A compact European-style room, but mine had a comfortable bed, decent heating, and there was an elevator. The hotel is clean, centrally placed for walking to the Cathedral, tram, buses and station, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay again. Just be aware my toilet paper ran out overnight because no replacement had been put in. I could also hear people in the hall and next door, though earplugs worked and nothing disturbed my sleep.

We only stayed one night, and it was good value. The room was tiny, though we managed to fit a baby bed in. Breakfast was amazing. If you're driving, ask about discounted parking, the garage is about a five-minute walk away. There's a restaurant just around the corner. Try the local Champagne and pink biscuits. The street gets too noisy with the windows open, but the AC let us keep them shut.

We had a spacious, clean room and bathroom, with a comfortable bed and pillows. The staff were very friendly, and the hotel is central and good value. Our only issue was the street-facing room, which got quite noisy at night. We could have switched rooms, and next time we would.
