Hyatt Centric Reims

That mattress was the most comfortable one I've ever slept on. The pool was lovely, with tropical landscaping and loungers in the shallow end, and the staff were really nice. My daughter also loved the iced coffee from the coffee shop. We would've stayed longer if we weren't leaving on a cruise. The location worked well for us. It wasn't waterfront, but the beach was a four-minute walk away, with umbrellas and loungers to rent and some cute snack spots nearby. A good supermarket was also about four minutes away. The airport was five minutes away, and an Uber cost $6. We were able to get a late checkout without any trouble, so we could go to the beach, shower back at the hotel, then head to the pier.

Emma at the front desk is a star, she speaks perfect English. Try Flaveur, the sushi place on the corner. Great food and service there. The hotel itself is new, with big, clean rooms, comfy beds, big TVs, good parking, and a perfect breakfast.

The room got far too warm for a comfortable night's sleep, and the air conditioning wouldn't go below 20 degrees C. That's the main downside. Otherwise, it's a good hotel in a nice spot by the river, just a short walk from the cathedral. The staff were superb, welcoming us warmly and checking us out efficiently.

Breakfast is a buffet with a good range of tasty, quality options. The team were genuinely friendly and welcoming, and the whole place felt clean, stylish, and well cared for. Rooms are modern, comfortable, luxurious, and exceptionally clean. The bathrooms have walk-in showers rather than bathtubs. Hyatt Centric Reims is an easy hotel to reach on the edge of Reims, with spacious paid parking on site, which is a real plus. It's a comfortable, modern, well-run choice for a stay in the city.
