Logis Hôtel Au Tambour

The room was warm and the bed comfortable. Being on the ground floor was a big help since I can't use stairs. The price was great for a city stay, and booking was easy. Reception were especially helpful, thankyou Skurta and Loic.

After a six-hour drive, this hotel did the job for our one-night stay. We chose it for the pool, so it was disappointing to be told on arrival that it had been closed the day before. It was a lovely summer's day and the pool should have been open! Still, the place was clean and efficient, and sufficient for one night. Russell and Mark 😍

Lic at reception made us feel so welcome. He was amazing. We also liked being able to buy beer, wine, and soft drinks there, since our room didn't have a fridge or minibar. After a hot day walking around Reims, the pool was a lovely bonus. There was parking outside, so we didn't have to pay for the garage. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk away, and it's easy to reach from the motorway if you're driving. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone staying in Reims.

The room was quite spacious, and the bathroom, though a little dated, was clean and worked fine. The center felt too far to walk, but it's only 5-10 minutes by car depending on traffic. We chose this hotel partly because it has a charging point in the garage. We arrived around midnight and checking in was no problem, with no extra charge. The check-in and checkout were easy, and the price was good. We had booked three nights but only needed two. The man at reception kindly arranged the change with Booking, including free cancellation and no surcharge, as the Booking app wasn't working properly. A very pleasant stay, and I'd recommend it for a short visit.
