Novotel Suites Reims Centre

The staff were really kind, and breakfast was fantastic. We just missed having fresh vegetables, but there was plenty of other choice. You do need to reserve parking ahead of time, though there’s a large parking building almost next door if you don’t. The neighborhood isn’t especially attractive, but the city centre is a quick drive away and the hotel is easy to reach from the highway. We had another Novotel suite, which worked for our family of four, with the kids sleeping on separate sofa beds. It has a cabin-on-a-cruise-ship feel, especially around the bathroom. Functional and comfortable, and all we needed for a short stay in Reims.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and practical. It’s not a luxury stay, but it suits leisure or business travelers who want somewhere straightforward. Breakfast had plenty of options, too. As a travel professional, I found Novotel Suites Reims Centre just as described: a dependable hotel in a convenient spot. The staff were welcoming and helped me sort out parking at the last minute. I’d suggest booking ahead, since spaces are limited. It’s a well-run place with friendly service, and I’d confidently recommend it to clients looking for a practical base in Reims.

We stayed four nights and would come back. It’s close to the station and central, yet still quiet. Breakfast had plenty of choice, and the evening bar staff were especially excellent. Great for a short stay.

The rooms are a decent size and the cooling works well. The microwave came in handy when we had to eat in, especially since finding vegan food in France on a Sunday can be tough. Breakfast was good. Nice place, though I couldn’t get the bath to work.
