The service was friendly, and the room was practical but comfortable. It’s a genuine old-school family hotel, with classic cooking and a nice range of local wines in the restaurant next door.

We had a lovely meal on the terrace, and the chef is top-notch. The frogs’ legs were delicious, and so were the other dishes. A really good hotel restaurant.

The meal was generous and delicious, and definitely not frozen. Everyone was so welcoming and attentive, in a family-run hotel and restaurant. At first we were very disappointed: we’d booked "Chez Noëlle," arrived from the bird park in Villars-les-Dombes, and were surprised to be greeted by a man. Put yourself in our shoes! We live nearly 300 kilometers away, so we can’t come every day. If you’re reading this, go without hesitation, you won’t regret it. These small places deserve support so they can survive and not be swallowed up by soulless hotel and restaurant chains that only think about money. Thanks again for a lovely time.

The welcome was warm, the place beautifully decorated, and the portions generous. Excellent food, and here’s a photo of a quenelle!
