Les Lavandes

The meals were superb, and the whole team was warm, caring, and attentive. Their professionalism is hard to come by these days. It’s such a calm, relaxing place. Nothing but good things to say, thank you all.

The facilities cover everything, including a sauna, hammam, swimming pool, and fitness room. I was looked after so well for my first week at Les Lavandes. The food was plentiful and varied, with different dishes each day, and my room was comfortable. Everyone was welcoming and paid close attention to my needs and requests. A big thank you to the whole staff for being so kind and efficient. I’d gladly recommend staying here.

I loved the hiking trips, especially with such friendly guides who know the area so well. The yoga and Tibetan singing bowl sessions were a lovely surprise and a wonderful discovery. I came away feeling rejuvenated, and the village is peaceful, with a pool offering a magnificent view. The welcome and club staff were fantastic. My room was pleasant and spacious, but the large windows had curtains only, no blinds, so I woke up as soon as it got light. That was the one small drawback. Otherwise, it was a superb week.

We had to leave earlier than planned, so we’re coming back in 2026 to enjoy the full week. The club is surrounded by mountains, and Remuzat has the special sight of vultures flying overhead every day. In clear weather you might see a dozen, or more than 50. They’re magnificent, and you can watch them without climbing to the top of Cairo mountain, where they’ve been rehabilitated. There’s also a documentary about vultures at the club’s movie night almost every Sunday. We stayed for a week at this full-board holiday club and plan to return in a few months. The welcome was excellent, the food was good, and there was entertainment almost every evening. The staff were so kind, and everyone at reception, the bar, and the restaurant was attentive and eager to serve us. Our room had a spacious 180 cm bed and all the comfort we needed for an easy stay. The club also has a lovely pool with a solarium, a sauna, a hammam, and a small gym.
