I was only in Rennes for one night, but I got to see for myself how good this bed and breakfast is and how warmly its owner, Mr. Thevenard, welcomes guests. At just 20, discovering his world was a real treat. He’s an original, lively character with a passion for Franco-Algerian friendship and for designing djellabas/gandouras in flag colors, among other things. I really enjoyed meeting him and sharing that moment. I recommend this affordable place to younger and older travelers spending a few days in Rennes who want somewhere with a unique, refreshing atmosphere.

The welcome was very warm and distinctive, with flags and traditional clothing. He’s an authentic, unusual gentleman, and well worth meeting!
