The apartment is in a nice spot, right across from Gayeulles Park and about a 10-minute walk from the metro into the city center. Unfortunately, it was extremely dirty: the toilet and kitchen cupboards were dirty, there was dust everywhere, and the bathtub was rusty. I messaged the landlord about the cleanliness and got no response after receiving the keys. I ended up cleaning the toilet myself and left the keys in the mailbox when we left. There’s still been no sign of life from him. Luckily, we didn’t have an emergency with the apartment, because the landlord is completely unresponsive.

I stayed in this nice studio for a short year while studying at the University of Rennes. It was nearby and had a bathroom, washing machine, dishwasher, and even a parking space.
