The view was incredible.

A striking building that feels very much of the 1970s. It has 30 floors, reached by several very wide elevators that are pleasant to ride both up and down. The whole place is impressive and deserves a visit. There's a security guard on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and the bank of mailboxes is remarkable.

Georges Maillols (1913-1998) designed 140 buildings in the Breton capital, most of them residential. Built in 1970, the Horizons twin towers were his design and became one of the symbols of the Rennes skyline. It's France's first high-rise building.
