I loved the feel of the neighborhood, with its half-timbered houses, beautiful old churches, amazing cafes, restaurants, shops, graffiti art, and fire juggling. We visited in December of 2016 while the hotel was being renovated, but work didn't start until 9:00 each morning. The elevator, room, and bathroom were all tiny, and I still really enjoyed the hotel. Our room was at the back, which was quieter at night than the front. The area had a kind of hipster-chic vibe.

The staff were outstanding and happy to help with anything. They took care of our laundry, and when we called to add another night, they were glad to arrange it. The location is perfect for food, drinks, and shopping, and the room was just right too. Fantastic in every way. Merci Beaucoup!!!

The room was small but cosy, and the price was good for such a central spot. The staff were great too. As far as I'm concerned, it had the best breakfast I've had in French hotels. I'll be back...

The music from nearby restaurants and bars is very loud, and the noise is unbearable if you're trying to sleep. Sound insulation between rooms is poor too. Don't stay here if a quiet night's sleep matters to you.

The room was clean and comfortable, with nothing to complain about, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. A very nice location for enjoying Rennes.
