I spent a week here for work, and the flat made for a good balance of comfort and cost. It was in excellent condition and had everything I needed, so I rarely had to contact Cedric, though he was proactive and replied very quickly when I did. The street was quiet, and the place worked especially well for a work trip. Public transport, the park, and the University were all very close. I would highly recommend it.

The owner was great, friendly, and helpful, and the location was excellent. Free parking was a plus. I only noticed a couple of small issues: the bed creaked a little, and the boiler ran out of hot water quickly.

A brand-new studio with thoughtful design and tasteful furnishings. Shops and the metro station are only steps away. Thanks to Cédric for being so friendly and available, and for the wonderful hospitality.

I really enjoyed my week-long business stay here. The studio was clean, functional, and pleasant, and the owner was attentive and available. It's in a quiet neighborhood beside a large park, with bus stops just steps away and central Rennes about 20 minutes away.
