Hotel de la Tour

We were able to settle into the comfortable lobby when we arrived an hour before check-in. Our night at Hotel La Tour was great, and the varied breakfast was delicious. It’s right in the center of quaint Ribeauville. Don’t hesitate to stay here. A solid 3 stars! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

The wellness area was a lovely surprise, modern and exceptionally clean, and the tea corner was a thoughtful extra. Breakfast wasn’t extravagant, but it was enough for the price, and the staff served it with warm greetings and helpful smiles each day. Some furnishings are a bit aged, but the hotel is clean, charming, and surprisingly good value. It’s right in the picturesque town square, near the clocktower, with old ruins up on the hill behind.

The owners make you feel as though you’re staying in their home, and they were especially kind and accommodating to my father, who has a disability and uses a mobility scooter. Parking was convenient, and our rooms were spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The town is enchanting. We hiked up to the ruins and wished we’d had more time for hiking and wine. My family stayed several nights in separate rooms in May and June, had breakfast, and explored the area every day. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more, and we hope to return.

The room was just right, with a stunning view over the town square, and don’t worry, the clock doesn’t chime all night. We enjoyed the excellent breakfast, jolly staff, and cozy lounge and bar. We were too busy exploring the lovely town to try the spa, and found some brilliant restaurants there. A magical stay, very much recommended.
