Bulle Du Belon

The bubble was simple, comfortable, and equipped just right, and Julie made sure we had everything we needed with her thoughtful touches and warm welcome. We spent a magical weekend here, relaxing in the spa together and watching a few shooting stars under the night sky. We were also lucky to get the generous country platter. Such a lovely little cocoon for a nature escape, and we recommend it to anyone who enjoys unusual places to stay.

The friendly, warm welcome made a great start to our unusual night in the bubble. There was a small jacuzzi, a rustic meal tray, a generous and very good breakfast, and a dry toilet nearby. We even got to admire the stars, which was wonderful. It was chilly when we woke up in late August, but the bubble warmed up quickly in the sun. We loved our short romantic getaway.

We liked the idea of falling asleep under the stars, and the experience was interesting, but we won't return. The welcome was friendly and the place was clean, but it's still just a garden, albeit a pretty one, beside a house. The bed badly needs replacing. For €160 a night, asking guests to do the dishes doesn't feel very considerate. I don't mind the cooler itself, but getting breakfast the night before wasn't appealing, especially with the bread in that state after a night in the bubble. And the dogs and conversations on the terrace only made the stay worse.

We had a fantastic weekend in a pleasant, green, fully private setting, with a friendly welcome, an explanation of how everything worked, and breakfast brought for the next morning. We also got to enjoy the spa. One thing needs attention, though: the bathroom wiring. Water from the sink drain soaked the lamp cord several times, and that cord powered a lamp that wasn't grounded. The cable routing should be checked. Thank you for the stay!
