The room was clean and spacious, and having a rental car meant the distance from the center wasn't a problem. Without a car, though, it's a bit far. We booked through Booking, and the website photo showed a completely separate building. In reality it's a two-story building with no reception and rooms facing the road. You get a password and let yourself in. The building photos are misleading, though the rooms are identical.

I don't understand the concept. It's basically like renting a bungalow at a campsite. They only clean before you arrive, and there's no breakfast. The room was well-equipped and clean when I arrived, but I'm here for four nights and hope the small roll of toilet paper lasts.

A quiet residence with friendly, helpful staff and comfortable rooms fitted with secure locks. Access is secure too. Its location right beside the Rillieux polyclinic is especially convenient for anyone who will be hospitalized.

The premises look new, but my reservation experience was a mess. I booked in the afternoon, reached the parking lot, and found a keypad with no access code. I couldn't get into the room. There was no reception, no one answered the phone, and nobody called back to apologize. They blamed a phone problem according to the reservation platform. Does this still happen? In cases like this, they should arrange an exceptional night shift so people aren't left stranded after a ten-hour drive. I had extra costs as a result.
