The only thing I'd have liked was a bit more room in the rooms. Otherwise, our first week in Risoul was lovely. We were half board, and the food was wonderful every day. Everyone on staff was thoughtful and helpful, the ski lifts just across the road were so convenient, and the service and location were fantastic. We'd definitely return.

Laurent and Christian, the General Manager, were incredibly helpful and even helped arrange airport transfers after we'd made our own travel plans. That turned out to be better value. The rooms were comfortable, the hot showers were lovely, and the food was incredible. We loved our stay at Snow Chill Hotel, right in the village centre and about 20 yards from the bottom of the slopes. Staff across every department were attentive and accommodating, with great hospitality for dining, drinks and accommodation. We'll definitely be back.

The food was delicious and the staff were fantastic. With the lifts and ski school so close, getting around with the kids was easy. We had a wonderful holiday at hotel snow chill.

Right in the centre of Risoul 1850, it's easy to get to the ski lifts, restaurants, "The Pub" and ski hire. The staff were all friendly and helpful during our stay last week. It was a lovely experience, and I'd love to come back sometime.

A great week at Hotel Snow Chill, with spacious rooms, a brilliant restaurant and amazing staff. The location was top notch, and the skiing was amazing too.
