Village vacances Risoul

Great.

Things are going well so far!

Great.

The kids had a blast, thanks to Ilona, Axel, and Hugo at the kids’ clubs, and Emilien, who ran the teen activities. We also had some great comedy evenings at the hotel, with Jovany and Geremy Credeville both putting on fantastic shows. That was a real bonus, and the evening entertainment was genuinely high quality. A huge thank you to Lena and everyone at reception for being so helpful and cheerful from the moment we arrived. The restaurant team did a great job too. The meals were excellent throughout the week, and Manuella and Noémie in the dining room were especially professional. The bar had a great atmosphere, with Huguette and Laura always bringing smiles and energy. Anatole, the sports and culture activities manager, Dodo, the entertainment manager, and Sixtine made the week feel special. Sixtine’s voice was superb, and Ben handled the music and lighting while Max brought loads of energy. Thanks as well to the management, housekeeping, maintenance, and all the people working behind the scenes to make the stay so enjoyable. We had a fantastic week, and the warm, dedicated, professional team really made the difference. We’ll definitely be back.
