The rooms are cosy and comfortable, and the bed was the best I've found outside our own home. Marion keeps fresh towels by the pool and complimentary cold drinks in the poolside fridge. The gardens among the olive trees and the pool make for a peaceful, unpretentious escape behind the electric gates. Don't be put off by the BnB listing, Marion offers the feel of a luxury 5* hotel for a fraction of the price. She is on hand 24/7 with local tips on where to go, what to do, and when. My only comment is that airco would have been welcome in the upper-floor rooms during the August heat. This is a real hidden gem, and we can recommend it as highly as it deserves. We spent a week at Hestia as a family of seven, baby included, and Marion and her partner were potentially the nicest people we've ever met. They were so helpful with ideas for outings and places to visit, and their welcome really made us feel at home. The rooms are tastefully decorated, the beds are big and comfortable, and there are great breakfast options. The location is lovely too. I'd highly recommend staying here in the Luberon!

Hestia was a sanctuary for three women from three generations, and we're grateful for the lovely restaurant recommendations. We spent two days and nights there, relaxing and feeling rejuvenated. Its name suits it well, like the Greek goddess of home and hearth.
