Our room was large, bright and airy, with a gorgeous view through tall windows over the garden and west toward the sunset. It was cozy too, which made the steep, polished stairs a small price to pay. Our dogs are small and couldn’t manage them by themselves, so we had to carry them up and down. The room was on the first floor of a separate garden building, with wisteria and a seating area. There are several rooms here, and two are suitable for guests with dogs. We were only stopping for one night on the way to our next vacation address. Our host gave us a very cordial welcome and speaks excellent English. We asked for wine glasses, plates and cutlery, and were given everything we needed to enjoy the tapas we’d brought. Breakfast in the main house was nice: a few croissants, baguette, butter, jam, coffee, water and orange juice. All in all, a wonderful stay. I’d definitely recommend it.

We found ourselves needing somewhere to stay at the last minute while in town for a film shoot, and this guesthouse took us in without any trouble. Coming back from filming around 2 a.m. was no problem either. We slept incredibly well, and breakfast was the icing on the cake. The house is beautiful, welcoming and nicely decorated, and the reception was fantastic. I came across the place by chance and have no regrets. Highly recommend it.

We enjoyed the breakfasts and had a pleasant two-night stay. Our spacious room was very well equipped and had a lovely view. The owner was hospitable, and we appreciated our conversations with him. We received a very warm welcome. Claire and Antoine.
