The view was nice, and the location worked well: near Menton, about a 10 minute walk from the top viewpoint at Roquebrune Cap Martin, and roughly a 30 minute drive to Vintimille in Italy. I had no connection trouble during my Teams meeting in the calm, pleasant room. The room and living area are laid out practically, with a modern feel. The kitchen was functional and nicely equipped, with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and grill, kettle, citrus juicer, and coffee machine. Worked well for business or leisure.

The apartment was clean, and you get the basic no frills stay you'd expect for the price. Other guests were pretty loud late at night and early in the morning, though, so we had to shut the windows to sleep without disturbance.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and tidy. The hotel's location is perfect. All in all, a really nice stay and definitely recommendable.

We had just one problem during our stay: one evening the electric key stopped working, so we couldn't get into the parking area or our rooms. We called the janitor, who came to reprogram the keys while we waited in the corridor. Otherwise, this is a peaceful residence on the hills of Coté d'Azur, with views over the Mediterranean. The pool worked for both swimmers, at 25m, and people wanting to enjoy the jacuzzi.

The view from up here is gorgeous. It's a very good residence, with large rooms and studios, a big parking area, and a heated swimming pool.
