The older man was nice to us, and I was happy with him, but the younger guy with glasses was awful. I wish I could give the hostel staff zero stars. He made it a horrible experience.

At around 2am, our 10-month-old woke up crying, and we discovered about 25 or 30 bed bugs in the bed. We had gone to the hotel with my wife and baby, intending just to sleep before continuing our trip. The receptionist moved us to another room, but within 10 minutes bed bugs were showing up on that mattress too. We left at 3 am and slept in the car with our baby. The receptionist said hotel management would contact us, but more than a week later, after we'd also emailed, we were still waiting for an apology or refund. They clearly have a bed bug problem and should close to get rid of the parasites, but they don't seem to care about guests and just want to make money. Avoid this place if you don't want the same experience. There are other inexpensive hotels nearby. I've attached photos of the bugs and the bites on the baby's skin.

We had a nice stay at this formule1. Our room faced the mountain and a vineyard, which was a nice surprise, and the price was reasonable. The amenities were complete, including towels. The standout was how clean it was, the cleanest hotel f1 we've ever stayed in, especially the shared WC and shower room.

Breakfast was good, and the room was reasonably clean. It's a convenient budget hotel, though a bit noisy. The showers and bathrooms are shared, and sometimes they aren't as clean as you'd want.
