Hotel Le Clément V

A lovely terrace with a pool, and owners who were very kind and helpful. This was one of the most welcoming places I’ve stayed, ideal for a night or two. Highly recommended. I’ll definitely visit again in the near future.

I stayed for a week in a lovely room with a balcony and enjoyed the quiet of Roquemaure with a good glass of wine in the evenings, looking over the swimming pool. I’ve always loved this place, as did my parents before me. I hadn’t been back since 1996, and it was even better than I remembered. The pool was very clean, the rooms had air conditioning and television, and they were cleaned daily. Sandrine and Benoit were helpful with any directions we needed, and even took care of our laundry before we left. We recommend it.

We found it easy to park, which made this a handy stop on a long drive. The owners were helpful and nice, and our room for four was clean. The A/C was right above one of the beds, which wasn't ideal. It suited us especially well since it was next door to our cousin. Thanks.

The pool was lovely in the heat, and after Paris I really appreciated the slower pace of staying out in the country. Dennis was friendly and spoke English well, and he made the students and me feel welcome during our two-night school trip with 28 people. The rooms got uncomfortably hot, and there was no AC, which was disappointing. You could hear the room next door showering, and really, the thin walls let through everything. WiFi didn't work at all, while cell service was terrible out in the countryside.
