I'd booked one night for June 2020 back in January, then cancelled that same day after finding a better rate elsewhere. I have proof that I could cancel free of charge until May 11, 2020, but they still charged the full amount to my card. I sent three emails asking for a refund and never got a reply. How dishonest!

Total scam!!!! They advertised an apartment, but it's actually an Airbnb!!! Then they ask for a €1000 deposit!!!! They won't give it back, because they just do a move-out inspection and make up any excuse.
