This was my worst hotel stay. The location is very central and has good bus connections, but everything else was painful, even by budget hotel standards. I called in advance about arriving late, and they agreed, yet the guy at the front desk gave me a lot of attitude when I got there. He was rude and unpleasant. They also demanded a tourist tax that I felt didn't apply to me, so I paid the forced fee just to get him out of my sight. The sheets were stained, the shower was moldy, and the walls were so thin I could hear the next room guest's phone vibrating. The breakfast “buffet” had about 10 items. I could go on. I strongly advise against this hotel.

We had a lovely view of the cathedral from our fourth-floor room. The hotel was very clean, the room had enough space, and the bathroom did the job. There's a public parking lot at the end of the block, which cost 15 euro a day when I reviewed this. Some reviews mention that there's no elevator, but the website makes that clear, so it shouldn't be a surprise.

The rooms were dirty, and there isn't an elevator. I expected more.

There was no service at all, despite the very central location. They ignore requests like late check-in and then yell at you. I'd choose a budget hotel a little farther from the center.

For EUR 50 a night, it was great value. My room was small but clean, with a fantastic cathedral view, and the location couldn't be better.
