4/10
The person who showed us around was very friendly, but that was the one bright spot. The location is nice, though the building is in a poor state, with torn carpet, loose electrical outlets, and other problems. We were charged a mandatory €20 cleaning fee and still told to leave the apartment as clean as it was when we arrived. That felt like a joke. The price was far too high, and there wasn't even a tea bag or anything else for breakfast.

The place was clean, practical, functional, and decorated with a lot of taste, and it was good value for money. Be aware it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator. I noticed a slight smell in the hallway that came into the apartment. Even with those small drawbacks, I'd come back. Thank you.

A friendly owner and a good place to stay for visiting Rouen or the nearby towns. It's not far from the city center, and parking nearby is free after a certain hour.

It’s a really good-value apartment in a handy location, and it comes equipped with what you need. The furniture feels a little dated, but I’d still recommend it.

The studio is practical and close to the city centre. The building itself is old, though, and the shared areas could use some renovation.
