The hotel is in a great spot and has a nice bar. I stayed with my wife and in-laws, and we found the rooms comfortable and spacious.

We had a delicious breakfast, and the city center was close and easy to get to. The service was good, and our room was clean and spacious, with a lovely terrace and a view.

The staff were pleasant and breakfast was good, but I had a very cold night's sleep. The room felt corporate, and the bathroom was badly designed: the sink was shallow, the hand shower cord lay on the floor, and water leaked past the tiny screen. The towel rail was broken too.

The location was good, but when I told reception the fridge and minibar weren't working, I felt fobbed off. The spa area is small and doesn't have a great atmosphere, and parking is tight. We'll try another hotel next time.
