We came as a family with our cat, and they welcomed us all. Laura was always smiling, gave us great recommendations, and looked after us so well. The service was outstanding, and the place felt like home. We'll come again, it's the best hotel in Dordogne.

A perfect find for an overnight stop on our way back to the ferry, on New Year's Eve. The room was basic, but that was fine for a quick stopover, and the service was great.

We had a fabulous evening at the restaurant, L'Inattendu, which operates separately from the hotel. The Filet de Canette Griottes and La Salade Perigourdine were both wonderful, with a bottle of Montagne St. Émilion alongside. The hotel itself is nice, and the rooms are clean and spacious.

My travel companion and I had a very pleasant time here, and the surroundings around the hotel are just awesome. The kitchen was delicious and the atmosphere very nice. The staff were excellent, friendly, and helpful. I needed to use a wheelchair at the time, and they gave me a special room. It was a uniquely large room with everything adapted for people with disabilities. For me, this was a 10+.

The dinner was good value at 28€ for a full menu, with cheese before dessert. Everything was fresh and homemade, and the service was friendly, with knowledgeable advice about wines. I had red tuna tartare with avocado cream to start, then beautifully cooked cod or tasty duck magret, followed by a mango tiramisu of sorts.
