The spa was the nicest part, with a good sauna and a really relaxing area, though access is limited to one hour and costs 30 euros. The pool was just okay and looked old, with a lot of green algae in the drain. The towels were old too, and apparently there's a 50 euro charge if you don't return them. The hotel sits in a lovely natural setting, and the room was fine despite the place feeling a bit dated. Food was good, but portions varied a lot, either very large or very small. Restaurant service could have been more thoughtful: they forgot the wine, the knife had been taken from the table when the food arrived, and they brought the bill while we still wanted to order. The senior waitress was grumpy.
