The apartment has a functional kitchen, but the pots, pans, and lids were greasy and sticky. There was a very unpleasant smell of cigarettes or other odors, and the bedroom was only moderately comfortable. The bedspread is worn out and needs replacing. The shower in the bathroom is poorly maintained, and soundproofing is poor.
