Fleur de Sel

The owners were welcoming and accommodating when we couldn’t check in until late at night. Our rooms were spacious, large, and elegantly decorated. In the morning, breakfast was the highlight: generous portions and hot drinks. It’s excellent value for money, and I’d highly recommend this bed and breakfast. Their cat is super adorable too.

We had a great two-night family stay at Fleur de Sel. The hosts were both kind and shared useful tips, and the rooms had everything we needed. The place felt cozy, and breakfast was a 10 out of 10, with homemade jams and cookies. There’s a little playground on the property for kids. Thanks for the hospitality, and we hope to see you again!

The hostess made us feel very welcome and took care of everything so well. Breakfast was phenomenal: homemade crèpes with twelve kinds of homemade marmalades and regional salted caramel, along with all the bread, eggs, fruit, yogurts, coffee, tea, and orange juice we could manage. Plenty to fuel a day walking on Mont Saint Michel. The rooms were clean, well-furnished, and styled like a modern regional farmhouse. It’s tranquil and idyllic, with birds chirping in the morning, and convenient if you have a car. Mont Saint Michel is only 15 minutes away by car and a bit more by bicycle, but you’ll need your own wheels to get around easily. Excellent value for money.

We enjoyed our Monday-to-Friday stay. The beds were a little hard for our taste, and the kids’ play area could use some upkeep. Breakfast is very good, though a bit much every day for our English tastes. You’ll need a car, since there isn’t much within walking distance. There are plenty of smaller towns nearby to visit, and it’s around 20 mins to Mont St Michael and about an hour to St Malo (Well recommended).
