The most basic things were missing, and I paid an extremely high price for one cold night. I stayed from December 31st to January 1st, while Paris and the IDF were under an orange alert for low temperatures. I asked twice at reception, speaking to different staff, for an extra blanket, but both times they said none were available. The duvet was a summer one, so I slept fully dressed with my winter coat over me. My room was just about okay for space and cooking utensils, but it needed a deep clean and a new couch. The window had no soundproofing, and I could hear the highway traffic as if it were open. The air conditioning had been out for at least three days before I arrived, according to a dated note in the elevator from 28/12. There were no locks on the door either. I even woke during the night to check that the window was closed. I'm still waiting for my deposit back. When I asked the receptionist on the morning I checked out whether it was normal to have no extra blankets and how long the refund would take, she was extremely unpleasant, didn't look at me, and ignored me completely. I work in hospitality in Portugal and have stayed in hotels all over the world, but I've never seen such a lack of consideration or such rude behavior. Think twice before choosing this hotel.

We picked this place for the affordable rate because our flight was at 7:45 AM the next morning. The connecting room worked really well for our family of four, and the room was simple, which would have been fine. But the carpets had stains all over and the beds sagged. We were there for only around six hours, luckily, because a longer stay would have been uncomfortable. We arrived at about 9:30 PM, yet didn't get our room until 10:15 PM, despite only one family being ahead of us at check-in. The service and room condition were disappointing.

I spent around 10 days here and left extremely unhappy. The checkout was especially bad: the receptionist was very rude and disrespectful, and ordered me to clean the kitchen shelves before I could finish checking out. I'd paid a significant amount for the stay, so being told to clean hotel property myself felt insulting and unprofessional. Her manner showed no hospitality or basic manners. There was also a disturbing privacy issue. One night, unavoidable circumstances kept me from returning to my room. When I came back the next day, I found staff had opened it without permission and were searching inside. That's unacceptable for guest privacy and safety. At check-in I had to pay a 45 euro security deposit. At checkout there was no clear information about when I'd get it back. Different reception staff gave different answers, 10 days, 30 days, or that they had no idea. It showed poor management and no accountability. This place lacks professionalism, respect for guests, and basic hotel ethics. Future guests should think carefully before booking.

The rooms are spacious, and the location is one of the few good points. But the restaurant stank of food left by previous guests, and the bathroom smelled musty. This isn't much of a hotel. I arrived by coach with a group of 49. I rang the intercom and got no answer. When I asked where the coach could park, I was told there was no space and they didn't know where I could park. Breakfast was a disaster both mornings. On day one there wasn't enough food for even half the group, though everyone had paid for it, so we left without breakfast. The restaurant had no lights that morning. On the second day the same thing happened: the food was gone after just a few minutes. A staff member told me more would arrive shortly, but I waited 15 minutes and nothing came. Half the group managed to get coffee, and at least the restaurant had lights that day. For the second morning in a row, I went to a gas station to buy something to eat. On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give it a strong 1, despite the location and spacious rooms. Avoid this hotel.
