We were very comfortable here, with two good bedrooms and air conditioning in the living room. The place is spacious, has all the essentials, and even comes with a pool. Our host was kind, attentive and helpful. The location is ideal, right at the entrance to the gorges. It’s a 10-minute walk to a quiet beach, and Ruoms village has plenty of life. I highly recommend it.

Syl and Philippe were great hosts, very helpful, and they live nearby. The service was fantastic. The house worked really well for our family or a group of friends, with a quiet back area for barbecues. Out front, a path leads to the swimming spot, about a 5-minute walk away, popular with walkers and swimmers. It’s a comfortable, well-equipped place with parking and even electric car charging. There are 6 beds in total: two double bedrooms and a double sofa bed. The kitchen has a coffee maker, cookware, oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, plus a TV, air conditioning with heat pump and BBQ. The location by the river beach is fantastic. You can cool off with a swim, go hiking, or just spend a few relaxing days with friends.

We were welcomed warmly by the owners, and the rental was so well equipped and looked after that it felt as if we were the first guests. Shops and the river are within walking distance, and the place is right beside the Via Ardèche cycle route. We had the same experience when we came back the following year.
