We had a clean room and bathroom, and the host was polite, helpful, and spoke English. Breakfast was French-style, so mostly sweet. The old, classic buildings are incredibly beautiful, and the yard is lovely, with a great view in the morning. It was very good value. The downside for our February stay was the cold: despite two radiators, the room stayed chilly, with cold coming up from the floor and walls. I imagine this is less of an issue in summer.

We loved the gîte and all its thoughtful touches. The breakfast was homemade, delicious, and generous, and the optional dinner was a treat too. The host knows wine and introduced us to some excellent bottles, with spot-on pairings for the food. It’s family-friendly, and the setting is superb, with easy access to hiking trails. I highly recommend it.

We stayed for two nights and found it a very pleasant place. The owners are charming and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was hearty. The Burton family.

A lovely little cottage with a fantastic welcome and an amazing breakfast. Just so you know, there's one room with four beds, and the portable air conditioner is quite noisy.
