The gardens are lovely, and the rooms felt cozy and comfortable. We came as a group of around 40 and had a fabulous stay. I especially liked the furnishing, and the owners were really nice. I’d happily recommend the place.

With guests arriving from all over the world and a tight deadline, Tim & Margareeth did so much to make our wedding weekend unforgettable. We had a fantastic celebration at the Chateau, and it’s the kind of place that’s hard to leave.

The location worked well for us, with shops nearby, two train stations under 15 minutes away by car, and the Bay of Somme just 5 minutes away. This superb gîte can fit a very large group, up to 25 people, and has the practical things you need, including crockery, cooking utensils, two dishwashers, and two refrigerators. The hosts are friendly, accommodating, and happy to share anecdotes about the property. A great choice for a weekend with family or friends.

We spent the Pentecost weekend at Château des Lys for my sister’s 80th birthday. The reception hall is magnificent, and the grounds are beautiful. There were plenty of dishes and kitchen utensils to cook for 23 people, along with ample refrigerators and washing machines. The cottages are tastefully decorated. Some work is needed, of course, but the owners are so kind that you tend to forget about it. It’s a magical place.
