The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped, and the location made getting around easy: downtown was 2-3 minutes away on foot, and the public EV charger was about a 5-minute walk. It was handy, though slow. Parking was easy, and the staff were very cordial. There is also a nice air-conditioned board game room where I got some work done a few times, with nobody else around. We stayed three nights at Le 1837. They explained that it's a "résidence de tourisme," not a hotel or B&B, so they don't provide breakfast, hand soap, or shampoo. There was no detergent in the kitchen either, which is why I'm giving four stars instead of five. We booked at the last minute, literally ten minutes before arriving, and the seasonal worker who greeted us couldn't find the booking at first. She called her boss, who helped sort it out. She didn't speak English, Italian, or Spanish, the languages I could offer, so we used Google Translate. I guess they don't get many foreign tourists. All in all, a positive experience.

It was quiet, with good amenities, and the owner was very friendly. The welcome was warm, and the place was clean and comfortable, just like the pictures. The location is ideal too. We had a wonderful stay, would highly recommend it, and we'll be back.

The pool is spacious and open around the clock, and the private parking is large and free. The building is only a few meters from the town center. We enjoyed the peaceful rooms overlooking the park, the pleasant spa with individual spaces, and the warm, attentive welcome in a distinctive setting. Service was high quality. One small disappointment was breakfast: it was served only in the room, the choice was rather limited, and the price felt a bit high. Still, an excellent stay.
