We stayed in Taiga, on the top floor of this charming house split into several apartments. The tropical decor was lovely, and it had a master bedroom and air conditioning. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, and the host was friendly. At just 5 minutes from the zoo, it was very convenient, and the breakfast delivery service was excellent.

6/10
The room has a very practical little kitchen, and the location near Beauval Zoo is ideal. There were a few drawbacks, though: a strong damp smell, lots of dust caught in the tropical decor, and a bathroom/toilet door that won’t close or stay shut.

10/10
The nature-themed decor sets the mood as soon as you arrive, and the apartment is ideally placed for a trip to Beauval Zoo. The road is busy, so the bedroom facing it is quite noisy. For one or two nights, though, that wasn’t a problem.

Taiiga was in a very good spot for getting to Beauval Zoo. We stayed in that apartment, though the cleanliness could have been better.

4/10
The room is very nice, but the pillows are far too thin, and plants right in front of the TV make it hard to watch. We also heard every footstep from the upstairs neighbors because the apartment is poorly soundproofed. There was mold, ants, and other bugs in the bed. The shower drain was clogged, so showering sent water all over the bathroom. Flushing the toilet caused a strong odor that left the bathroom and the whole apartment smelling of urine.
