If you're driving south, don't take the exit and double back, since that adds 30km. Park on the southbound route and walk to the hotel over the bridge. The location works well, but the hotel itself felt basic, uncomfortable, and not very clean.

The customer service was excellent. Breakfast was good too, and the price was reasonable.

The showers were nice, and the man at the desk was friendly and spoke English. But the entrance gave me more of a dodgy strip club impression than a hotel. There was no air conditioning in the room. I could have checked beforehand, but if I had, I wouldn't have booked it. I spent the whole night sweating and got no sleep. People kept coming and going in the hallway, and the creaky doors made every opening and closing easy to hear.

The staff were friendly, breakfast was good, and the location was fine. The beds were clean but horrible, and my back hurt for days afterward. The bathroom was so small I couldn't turn around in it.

We tried to cancel the charge for 3 breakfasts that same night, right after buying them, but the girl said we had to wait until morning. Then the boy at reception said he wasn't responsible for anything, wouldn't contact the manager, didn't know how to use the card machine, and wouldn't even give his name. I told him he needed to refund the full amount so we could repay just for the room, but he wouldn't cooperate. It would have been much easier to sort out at the hotel. We've cancelled the whole payment through our bank while waiting for the breakfast amount to be refunded. Customer service 0.0.
